The food was definitely worth eating but service could be improved

Yesterday, the family and I ordered on the app for a to go order. When I went to eat, it was not the most appetizing meal. I rarely ever complain, but thought it was unusual as the food is really good and spot on. I filled out the survey that was in my email and not too much later, I received a call from Katie, the general manager. After finding out what was wrong, she immediately remedied the issue and made it right. I came in today and she was on the front line working harder than anyone in there and the food today was a whole lot better. Great management and problem solving. Will definitely be returning based on the hospitality of the manager. Thank you again!

Food is always good.. No trash can in ladies room.. Rug too close to bathroom door, couldn't open all the way.. Windows on doors to leave very dirty..
