13 Dec, 7:45pm - I have to say this McDonalds crew rocked it. Not only was the order not messed up but the Big Mac literally looked almost identical to the image on the menu. I’ve never seen that at a McDonalds. The staff in the drive thru was patient and nice and even flagged us down for a sandwich we almost drove off forgetting. Well done and sorry I ate the Big Mac before I could snap a pic.

This location is automated. Told by cashier to use kiosk. They didn't take orders person to person. Check Your bag to ENSURE your order is correct and in bag. Seem disorganized behind the counter, even with people not taking orders, they seemed confused, yelling at each other, etc... took a long time to get food, even by ordering on mobile app, items missing from bag. Even though I SPECIFICALLY asked if items were in bag...they were NOT!!! Had to wait in line to get the items, breakfast cold. Won't go back to this location. Even with automation and pay increase, STILL cannot get it right. Ps...I'm ALL FOR a living wage increase, just ensure WORK ETHIC is a part of the increase and package too.

The moment I pulled up to the speaker I was greeted so kindly. The woman in the back window and baby girl at the second window were very friendly as well. I had a little sauce malfunction and the young lady running food out pleasurably told me she would get me a new one. After constantly being fed up with the McDonalds on Apalachee, and every other McDonalds in Tallahassee, coming here was a breath of fresh air and I finally got good food for the money that I work hard for lol. I really appreciate the service provided.
