I placed an order online and for some reason I had a hard time getting my debit card to go through. It took the money out put the money back took the money out and put the money back again. I showed the manager and told her and believe it or not she said" I understand don't worry about it I'm going to take care of you today". She was so just you know like it was just nothing to take care of a customer and that was really nice compared to some of the places I go. I want to say that her name is Brenda but I'm not 100% sure but whatever her name is she made my day and I greatly appreciate it. We need more people like her working in hospitality and food service. And I hope the Taco Bell recognizes this and they let her know that they appreciate her work.
I'm giving 5 stars because this location had it all together when I came. The drive thru lady was prompt at the speaker and patient with me as my kids screamed and I decided. I later decided I wanted a drink after ordering and the sweet girl in DT gave me a small soda. She was very sweet and kind, and the food was great! I just wanted y'all to know that, you're doing great. I think it's important that people know the impact they have on each other. Thank you.
