Great food. Long wait, nearly an hour. Only bad thing, asked dude for sweet tea, and he gave us unsweet. And it's not like you can just ask for a new one, haha.
Surprisingly good brisket and a fresh salad. The worst part was standing in the extremely hot and stuffy line but fast service once you get your drinks.
Amazing food and it was good amounts too. There was no skimping at this place the people are friendly too. It was very efficient.
Nice BBQ.The brisket is tender and tasty. The half chicken is a little dry, mac and cheese was ok. But the cheesecake was not good. It's worth getting the all day dinning.
It's a good place that also offer kids meal. Food is ok. Long time waiting for our turn to order.
Drinks are expensive so, I recommend you buy a Busch Gardens bottle at the entrance and refill here your drink for 99c

This a cafeteria style so you have to wait in line then grab a tray and you get to select your food and drink. They have BBQ from brisket, ribs, family platter, pulled pork sandwich, etc. The main menu has sides of waffle fries or coleslaw. The other sides are extra. I thought the sandwich was quite dry but the coleslaw was amazing. It did take a while to get through since they were limited on employees. Otherwise a nice spot to visit if you're in Busch Gardens.
If you plan to go to Busch Garden, Zambia Smokehouse is a must-visit. My favorite meat from there is the brisket, which was well smoked and had a nice balance between savory and salty when I ate there. My favorite side from there by far has to be the macaroni and cheese, it was creamy and had a generous layer of toasted cheese on top. Unfortunately, the desserts from Zambia Smokehouse weren't that impressive. The cheesecake was rather underwhelming and tasted cheap. I much preferred the chocolate chip cookie, while it was a tad dry, the quality of the ingredients were exceptional. It is worth noting that due to the excessively high prices, I would recommend getting the all day dining plan. Overall, this place is worth visiting.
The food is great as well as the atmosphere. But the last time we went, we had to wait an hour and a 1/2 just to get in period reason being a conference and we could not order ahead of line because we had all day passes.

Excellent meal. Really loved the baked beans. BBQ is better than a lot of well known BBQ places. Big portion.
