I always love eating here, super excited that finally they bought back the Sunday brunch with the champagne and mimosas!!! I was a little disappointed these 2 Sunday I went with family , they're weren't any sirloin tips in the grill area, they had lamb chop, pork chop, and some chicken, we used to really enjoy when they had the sausage and peppers, I know that the crab legs are no longer serve, the Caribbean chowder is excellent but this Sunday, there's wasn't any, it was clams,corn and salmon chowder, I had to decline!!! The Cooks that grilled my lobster tail did a awesome job nice and tender and juicy,didn't need the butter dip!!!! The prime rib excellent also, the bakery have some what declined in their deserts no longer oatmeal raisin cookies, crème brûlée, Boston cream pie or banana cream or coconut cream pie.... your fried chicken great!!! Mashed potato awesome!!!
Looking forward to seeing some improvements and taking family members to enjoy the Sunday brunch !!! Please keep the mimosas it's worth the price of $29..I did notices that it crowded and the elite line there's some wait!!!! But it's great to see the fresh harvest packed again for the Sunday brunch!!!! For a minute there it was a ghost town , honestly the mimosas is was drawing the crowd back again!!!! I know my friends and family we started to meet up there again every Sunday for your brunch !!!!
We have been many times and never been disipointed, food is always frest and good, I always start with a plate of fresh raw oysters, boy that are great. Then to pick what else to eat is hard because everything is great..
Fresh harvest is worth the price. I need to know how they prepared the Salmon with blood-red oranges and other citrus fruit. It was one of the items on the menu on Valentine's Day, Feb 14th, 2013.
Their other foods are very good.
I also would like the recipe to their Bread Pudding and Sauce.
This might not be possible, but I thought I would give it a try.

Correction. I do not know why people are saying negative things about the place.. Different people have different tastes and likes. Lets talk lunch, this is when the most people are there.
First off the price is $20, without a game card.. $15 with a game card. If you came on a bus the price is $10. At 12 noon there are lineups to get in. The place was clean and well organized. Our service was great, she explained everything. Non alcohol is included in the price. A big glass of wine was $4.50. All in our group were more than satisfied with it all. Yes they do charge more for upgrading selections, but that too is below market prices. None of the food was sitting, it was fresh all the time.. On me they made money on the gambling but I gained on the buffet. Yes I would go back just for the food. My record shows I eat out enough to be correct in my statements.
The best buffet ever! The price is perfect for the quality of food they serve. Even 1 hour before closing they kept everything fresh and plenty.
What a pleasurable dining experience! The food and service especially of all things was out of this world. I refer to the services quality because Fresh Harvest is a buffet and you typically don’t get a lot of face time when you are serving yourself.
Ok, so if you are hungry this is the place to be!! Keep in mind that there is a line and if you are going at the peek of busy times you are going to wait. Service was great though. Staff was kind considering the wait time and in addition to that the food was amazing. Everything was fresh or cooked in front of you. Mimosas were delicious and kept coming which made for an awesome day.
I don't even know where to begin this place has every type of food selection imaginable. The environment is absolutely beautiful the servers in the wait staff from the moment you walk in treat you like family the food is absolutely amazing and does not taste like buffet food they have a huge dessert bar they have a huge stir fry bar fresh seafood. If you're hungry and you want to listen to food this is a definite must-see when you're in Tampa be sure to apply for your wild card and you'll receive an additional $5 off before entering the restaurant.
Wow love this place,its huge spacious and with seven buffet station to choose from, Mongolian,sushi, American, Italian,oriental, salad bar and a nice dessert station,the service was ok, love the ambience too,the buffet cost around $22 but worth it.
I was "blown away" by the quality for the price. I am the kind of guy who wonders whether or not this buffet is considered a loss leader (or a break even proposition) for the casino.
You get enough for your dollar that it would be a treat, but then you get restaurant quality food and very large buffet quality variety. Best of both worlds.
Table service was bussing and drinks, and was both responsive and professional.
The dishes are clearly individually designed and thought through. I am curious whether or not many of the dishes are on rotation, since that would be the sort of thing to bring me back as a regular customer. We had a great time.

Great Fresh Food. No line your in and out fast. everthing made to order. Great place to visit when your at the New Hard Rock Casino in Tampa Florida
Friday night buffet at Hard Rock in Tampa did not disappoint.
There was a glazed salmon that's was amazing and a few other entrees that were good too.
No complaints on any of the food!
The dessert takes the price. Make your own crepe was fantastic, fresh fruits and vanilla creme plus whipped cream and caramel made it the best of the night.
The tiramisu was on point too, creme brûlée and chocolate mousse were amazing too.
The waiter was super fast refilling our drinks eve though it was a busy Friday night.
Cannot wait to go back!
4 stars for Sunday Mimosa Brunch ONLY. You really can't go wrong with 1 or 2 or 6 mimosas. The Mongolian grill is to par and the sushi tastes so much better with a mimosa or two. The salmon was fresh and there are enough fruit and pastries to help soak up the alcohol. So please visit Sundays and make sure to properly tip your server.
The hubby and I came here again for our date night and the food was amazing. I didn't think it could get any better. Folic was our waiter and he was the best. This is hands down our favorite place to eat. We stuffed ourselves then went to the casino area for hours. Lol

Everything was excellent as always!! Make sure to save room for the most amazing filled crepes you'll ever have!
Good buffet! I liked the theme, Asian, grill, Italian, desert... but be careful you can only stay 90 minutes.
