I was actually picking up a door dash order for a customer. I had never been there. The smells of the food were amazing. As I waited I looked at the food in the steam tables. It was so fresh and the chicken and pork made my mouth water. The manager, I believe saw me looking longingly at all the deliciousness and offered me samples. Let me tell you it was all so well seasoned, fresh and delicious. Thank you
We frequently order their food via Uber Eats, and it is delicious. The chicken is so good. We really enjoy the flavors and meals are reasonable for a family. Hopefully we can stop in one day.
The one constant is inconsistency. Great meal one day and a mediocre meal the next. Originating from Puerto Rico, Martin's serves latin fare in carefully measured portions. Pork and chicken are always available and each day brings new specials. Having been about 6 times, my experience is you seldom know what you'll end up with. When it's good, it's real good. Try the chicken.
Best prices for the portions. Tastes good and will keep going. I ate the mofongo relleno de pollo... Delicioso....
Martín's BBQ is one of the restaurants I visit most frequently here in my neighborhood. Conveniently located in the Twelve Oaks Plaza, they offer a full menu of authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. The food is delicious, the portions are generous (enough for two or more), and the prices are reasonable. The rotisserie chicken, rice and beans, and yucca are an absolutely fantastic combo
The staff is very generous, and it's easy to become a welcome regular customer here. If you are in the neighborhood, and are craving Spanish food, this is the place to visit. Highly recommended
For those that like a flavorful roasted chicken….Martin BBQ is a good option.
Martin has different sides to enjoy with the chicken (or ribs) that are very tasteful. From rice and beans, rice with pigeon pies, escabeche, sweet potato, ripe bananas, cassava. My sides that I enjoy the most is the macaroni salad and fried sweet potato. Prices are very reasonable.
Martin BBQ has those flavors from Puerto Rico.
For those that like Sancocho, they offer it on Sundays.
We ordered our Thanksgiving Meal for work and it was delicious! From the rice all the way to the dessert! Thank you so much from the Walmart Team in Downtown Tampa!
I thought the food was really good. I thought it was a little expensive. I paid about 14.50 for a plate of pernil, mixed rice and plantain.
I love it I been eating here since Puerto Rico they are delicious!!! All of the food yummy recommend
Really and I mean REALLY good chicken. But the 99 cent refills on the soda machine are a big no for me (and thats why I can only give this place 4 stars). I recommend you take your food home or stop at Wawa for a bigger drink.
