I don't understand why all the bad reviews. It's a fast good joint not a 5 star restaurant. It is exactly what should be expected. Employees have always been polite to me even with their limited English. My sandwich has always been correct. Is there dust on the light fixtures? Yes, the ceilings are about 20ft high.

Melissa's customer service, along with the rare fact that the store was empty (due to the weather, probably) really made this a wonderful experience. This positive experience really shines. I'm glad that Melissa and her team are there to save this store's previously bad reputation.

They had a wonderful meatball sandwich and it was extremely delicious and cheap on the price for a college student . Will tell all of my friends to come here .
