I stopped by to get a BIG MAC and chocolate shake two days ago. What a pleasant store! The lady at the counter was a delight! The kitchen crew was all singing while they were working! 😂👍 everyone was friendly and my order was quick and RIGHT! Good job, McDonalds! Prove the stereotype wrong!

This McDonald's is better than most. I've never had a problem there. Associates are nice and take care of the customer as quickly as possible. This McDonald's at least doesn't close whenever they decide to. They are open the hours posted on the door. No problems here.
I go to this location often. The people are always friendly. Since I go often, I can tell when people are off and I don't take it personal and just take notice and let them know I appreciate their service. The GM is always there. She is a hands on manager. There is also an assistant manager who transferred from the Citrus Park location and she is awesome! Always makes you feel like family. No restaurant is perfect.
The five stars are for Ella! So nice. So helpful. Best customer service if had at a fast food place in years!

I changed my ratings from 3 stars (in 2021) to 5 stars (in 2022) for a totally renovated new facility. Very modern and clean place. I was especially impressed by Assistant manager Van for a great attention to my needs. He suggested a new chicken sandwich and it was very good compared to other chicken sandwiches outlets near my place. Thank you Van and thank you McDonald's for a wonderful facility near my place. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
