Deliciousness! Very simple concept. There's a menu board right when you walk in. Step 1, 2, and 3. You can even warm up your cookies and brownies if you choose. Everything tastes really fresh. The cookies and brownies are moist and soft. Variety of toppings to choose from. Good flavors of ice cream. There is only but a few chairs to sit on. So most likely you will have to take your treat to go. The store is clean. Friendly service.

Would be 5 stars if only there were more seating options. I love this place and actually go to this one because I used to go out to San Diego for them, but the San Diego shop has better seating options.
