Wow, I ❤ the customer service by the manager and crew. My first experience with Firehouse subs. Cashier Manny recommended the Italian sub and it was so good. I have always been a Subway person because I am ex-employee. But this Italian sub sandwich was so good. The locations is clean and I am glad they have huge select of diet sodas. I would highly recommend this location and the sup/crew were very welcoming. I would come back and have already recommended others to come here as I ate here. 😍

The store manager Sean is amazing! I went in here and he is not only greeting everyone like an old friend, taking all the money, but he is also making all the food with his team. I can’t say enough about how great this location is. I will drive out of my way to visit when I have the Firehouse craving!

Our family has had the privilege of getting to know Sean (Parma-Sean if you ask my kids) at this location, and we can't sing his praises enough! Over time, he's not only remembered our names but also our favorite orders. It's the kind of personalized service that goes above and beyond to make you feel valued. Sean isn't just an outstanding member of the Firehouse Subs team; he's become an integral part of our dining experience.
