I recently had the most fabulous customer service!! It's been a little disheartening in customer service field as of recent. But not today. I ran through the drive thru at the Burger King on Rural and Guadalupe and let me tell you Ms. Kathy was amazing!! Her personality is exactly what customer service should be like!! Ms. Kathy is the epitome of excellent customer service and I cannot thank her enough!!

I have been to this BK a few times compared to others. It is quite good and they always have a good portion. If tomatoes and lettuce on the burger. The cola ratio is not as good as the BK near the airport. That.BK’s coke is the best I have found. The management and crew are always helpful and seem to be hard at work.
