Might be the best tasting menu in Texas. Oysters and pearl was out of this world and a great way to respect chef Keller. By far the best foie I've ever had. Seared to perfection along with some chicken liver tortellini. Fresh truffle through out the night and was paired brilliantly with great wines. Thanks Ross, Nicholas, and Shawn for the wonderful night. Ericka knocked the desserts out of the park. Extremely creative and great sense of flavor.

Impeccable service! Adam & Claudia were very friendly & knowledgeable. We appreciated the Chef accommodating our dietary request. He made an exquisite 8 course VEGAN Valentine’s Dinner. His creativity was outstanding. It wasn’t your typical “vegetable plate” that most places consider as a Vegan alternative. The flavors were spot on and the dishes were beautifully presented. We definitely will be spreading the word to our Vegan community and non-Vegan friends as well. It’s so nice to have a place like this in The Woodlands. My husband and I look forward to dining at Cureight again!
Best culinary experience I have ever had in my 35 years of living! Never in my life have I ever felt that the folks understood how each ingredient tasted and what it would do in your mouth when mixed with other flavors. Do yourself a favor and please try this place. You will not regret it.
