[Parking and accessibility] The driveway flows in one direction, and there is plenty of free on-site parking. While the front door is not automatic, the whole store is very mobility friendly with wide enough aisles to navigate easily.
[Products] They have such a wide variety of seafood (fresh, frozen, and already cooked) and the quality is excellent. They also have an area where they sell other local products such as Eby Manor milk, baked goods, cheese, and so on.
[Service] I found them friendly and attentive. He was willing to check in the back when I didn't see what I was looking for and bring it out for me. They take cash, debit, and credit.
Overall, it's the best place to buy seafood in Waterloo Region!
Cooked my 1st live lobster, we named him Larry and he was delicious! The Father's Day special included a steak which my husband loved. Also had shrimp and gorgeous scallops. Tomorrow we are doing mussles and more more shrimp. So good! Thanks Caudles!
Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of variety to choose from. Products from Newfoundland and Labradorz, and Prince Edward Island. This is my go-to store for fish from now on.
The staff is friendly. Looks like a very positive place to work. When I went in there this week the staff had music going on in the back. Dancing, singing and enjoying life. I come here often for my fish. Very fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced.
Great local fish shop with loads of variety and choices. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Glad I found this place. Haven't seen smoked trout dip since I moved out of Florida. Also tony chacherash dry seasoning. Will be back 100%
Great selection of fish and seafood. Its quite busy (I did go a few days before Christmas though) but the line moves quick. Bring a bag though... you'll need it.
Customer service here is amazing! I ordered some products as a gift and there was a slight delay with FedEX, Caudle's took care of everything and followed the package to make sure it arrived as expected. I would highly recommend this company especially if you need to ship seafood products! Amazing experience!
