The staff was friendly in and unforgettable I loved it here. My food was delicious and hot. My waitress prompt and caring , courteous, generous guest forward and it was just a wonderful dining experience.
Had breakfast today and our food server, Electra, was awesome. She was very nice and attentive. Lots of food choices. The atmosphere was ok; it’s a family restaurant. The area was clean and so was the restroom.
The food was excellent. I definitely recommend the grown up grilled cheese and the tomato basil soup combo. My husband had the Reuben and fries and said the sandwich was decent but the fries are a hard pass. Order the soup or a different side instead. We (myself, husband, and son) all ordered the French silk pie for dessert and it was delicious. The crust was perfect. My only complaint was service. Our waitress was nowhere to be found halfway through the meal. We had to flag her down just for refills.
Went there with my spouse and got a Ruben and a club sandwich. Food was good . Peanut butter pie was absolutely delicious. Service was good. Atmosphere was kinda outdated. Everything else was good for a little diner.
Hadn't been to Village Inn in quite some time. It was just as good as I recall. The food was cooked fresh & the service was great!
Hands down the best service we ever had- and the food was excellent. This place didn’t look like much from the outside but we were so glad we stopped in. And while we didn’t indulge in the delicious looking pies the pie prices deserve their own shout out whether you’re getting a single slice or a whole pie it’s pretty hard to beat that cost.
We ate here on Thanksgiving Day. The food was good and the service was wonderful. Excellent customer service!
My family of 5 had lunch here today and ALL of us really enjoyed the food and the service. Patti is an exceptional waitress that kept our needs fulfilled and our glasses full. The meals were very good as well. We will definitely be back in the future!
Great food. We’ve been here probably 10 times in three years and never had a bad meal. The crepes are really good so make sure you get at least one to try. Also they have a huge selection of pies that I think they make from scratch (it tastes like they do). The place is clean, the service is great and they have Pepsi products, which is always a plus for me.
I’ve always been very pleased to go to the Varsity Inn. The food is consistently very good, and the service is very good too. They have a large variety of breakfast items served all day. And they have great pies. And on Wednesdays you get a slice of fruit pie free with your meal.
