Cashier was pleasant, but it was so slow that she was on her phone. Restroom was nasty, filthy toilet with leftovers from the day before & trash can still full from day before. Window seal falling off. My sandwich came with the bacon literally on the outside of the bun & I received a very lukewarm coffee, so I exchanged it for soda. Never again!
I ordered two double biscuits this morning and when I got home I was so disappointed to find croissants.

The company has done a magnificent job of getting rid of their supply chain problems with biscuits and are very competitive with the McDonald's and others!

This Burger King, specifically, is one of the BEST fast food restaurants I have even visited. First off, the cashier at the front was very polite! Took my order and told me have a good day. Next my food was up to par. The lady who gave me food, not the same one, smiled at me and was very nice! The place looked very nice and clean, and I would say I would be my friends next time. What wonderful customer service!
A regular employee at the drive-thru is always kind of short and seems distracted. I only mention this because every time I pull in I know I'm going to get this unfriendly person and it's a little discouraging. The parking lot is always empty but Burger King isn't a big thing down South. I'm from up North and we love Burger King up there. However, today I got the original chicken sandwich today and it was different. It tastes like they are using Miracle Whip for mayo now, which is definitely not my favorite. The sandwich was nice and hot but it tasted weird. I don't see myself wanting to come back if they continue to use this mayo. I'm hoping it was just a freak thing. I will update the next time I go here.

I ordered a deal using the app - free fries with purchase. It's offered once a week right now. I got my order but not the free fries. Then I noticed I did not yet get credit (400 bonus points) for completing a challenge. Mr. Parker and his female coworker (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) made sure I got fresh food and told me how to contact corporate about the app issue. Thanks for caring and treating me well even though I started out pretty irate.
