Oh my goodness, I loved this place! The waitress was very friendly and easily accommodated our group of 10. The menu has ample choices- you WILL find something that looks appetizing. The food potions are huge! I ordered the large soup and it was about a quart! The Reuben sandwiches looked delicious as well. The pickles were even amazing! You can't go wrong if you eat here!
I’ve been coming to New York deli since 1989. I’ve never had a meal that was anything lesser than great. I highly recommended the Bacon cheeseburger. Very impressive. Great service establishment.
This place was fantastic! Huge flavorful pastrami and ham sandwiches, macaroni and potato salads were delish and the fried shrimp were perfect. Thank you for a great first visit ❤
Hungry for some hot pastrami sandwich and it filled the spot. The open face liver and egg salad bagel was also very delicious. Good to split them with two or more peoples.
New York Deli in Torrance. Hot French Dip Sandwich was delicious. I will try the Ruben Sandwich this week for St.Patrick’s Day too. My first time visiting New York Deli. I will be back.

The matzo ball soup had a HUGE matzo that filled the entire bowl.
I couldn’t decide between the pastrami and Reuben, so I got the best of both worlds and ordered the #76 NY Famous pastrami Reuben on grilled rye bread. It was greasy, filled with tons of meat, and utterly delicious. 😋
Definitely come here if you have a New York deli craving—you won’t be sorry!
