A true hidden-gem in Torrance! Loved everything! If you order shiitake mushroom skewer, I would request without soy glaze or bonito flakes, shiitake is better without added flavors. Cozy little place, awesome food. Myst make reservations ahead.
焼き鳥はもちろん おでんもしっかり味がしみて美味しく頂きました。しめに釜飯も頂きましたがこれも味 分量共に申し分なし。平日の夜でしたが 終始 満席。日本人客 半分 地元の方 半分 と 日本人以外の方にも受け容れられているようです。居酒屋ですのでフォーマルな接待には向かないかも知れませんが逆に日本通の方々には「本物の日本の居酒屋！」という事で喜んでいただけるのでは。スタッフも明るく居心地のいいお店です。
Love their selection of yakitori and kitchen food items. We went on a Saturday and had to wait little bit but worth the wait for sure. The staff are friendly, good vibes and delicious food, what more can you ask for! Try it once but make sure to make a reservation cause they do get crowded and busy.

Delicious authentic yakitori! Makes you feel like you just went to an omasturi. If you want the best deal go on beer wednesday and enjoy a 10 dollar sapporo beer tower!
Great authentic Japanese food and service. Well-stocked sake like no other places I've ever seen.

Ate here once and definitely looking forward on eating here again. Almost everything we ordered was delicious. The servers were nice, food came out fairly quickly. Prices were fair for the quality of food they served. The restaurant is small and offer indoor seating only. It would be advisable if you go on Yelp and add yourself to the waitlist if possible. We came towards the end of the night on a weeknight and there was still a bit of a wait. We were seated at the bar area, which was comfortable enough. All in all, it was a great experience. This is definitely a restaurant I'll look forward on visiting next time I'm in town.
Awesome experience perfect date spot. The experience with cooking the wagyu beef yourself as an appetizer and the small plates made the experience unique and fun. Even the items ordered included were beef tongue, chicken thigh, liver, mushroom, and even a mini rice bowl that'll take 40 minutes to prepare.
