Love all 3 Truxtons!! Live by the Santa Monica Truxtons but went to Torrance location cause we just had to try it out, and they did not disappoint!! We Love ❤️Truxtons weekend Brunch!! Breakfast is Amazing!! You have to try the breakfast potatoes, Delicious!! and the Mimosas... Bottomless!! Food is Amazing, service is always Great!!! One of my Favorite restaurants!!

A friend brought me to Truxton's American Bistro, located in the Hillside Village Shopping Center for a late lunch. Their menu has a well balanced mix of dishes to satisfy any appetite. I ordered one of their Favorite items on their Menu, the Sweet & Spicy Shrimp Tacos which is served with corn and poblano brown rice and black beans or your choice of a side. I chose their side of Sweet potato Fries. I loved it! The slaw on top was refreshing and delicious and their shrimp was seasoned in a perfect harmony of sweet and spicy. Our server was so friendly and efficient. I would come here again and I highly recommend this restaurant.
Truxton is one of those rare gems you find when looking for a brunch spot. It’s hard to find a place where every single thing you get served has care and effort shining. Even their napkins, utensils and plates are not cheap looking. Servers are very nice all the time. And their food? Higher quality and taste than you pay for!!! Very tasty!!!

Came for brunch, delicious food. Not too packed. Waitress and waiters we're friendly. Good size portion. Recommended.
I have been here twice and both times the food and drinks have been amazing! New timer joined and could not believe how good the Mac and Cheese and shrimp were prepared and tasted. Drinks were on point and service was top notch. Benjamin was the best waiter. Talked to every patron like a regular. Super chill and cool guy. Will be coming back.
4.5 is the true rating. Went for dinner tonight and no one in our party was disappointed. Everything was great. The drinks, the main course, the desserts. It was all fantastic. Tonight was our first visit but we are already planning our next one. Definitely a solid resturant in the South Bay area
Truxton's always satisfies my craving for well prepared, bistro dishes! I've never been disappointed in my many visits. From their famous Portland Burger, their scrumptious fish sandwich which is masterfully prepared with fresh fish, to their tasty breakfasts, Truxton's chefs deliver the goods consistently. I enjoy the relaxing dining environment and their knowledgeable and friendly servers are always refilling tea and drinks and providing assistance. Truxton's Torrance is a hidden gem that needs to be shared with others during these tough economic times. With breakfast options now daily until 3PM, this is the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Looking forward to my next meal!
Great stop for a meal. Some of the best sit-down burgers. Most can't go wrong with the All-American but everyone that I've tried was good. Their sweet potato fries are also really done well. We also order for pickup, so burgers are quick but if you are dining in, I've only tried a few but never had a complaint with any of the entrees I tried. The chef and owner are also very attentive and you can often find them checking on their patrons by stopping by, just to make sure you're doing well.
