Food is really good, price is okay with very generous in serving.
You have to try their Soon Tofu and Galbi BBQ !
Wow... I was never a huge fan or Spicy Beef Stew(Yukgaejang), but after coming here I def will be eating it more often.
The interior is set up very nicely and fairly clean inside. It wasn't as big as I thought but I went when it wasn't packed so it was okay.
The food... THE FOOD was so good! I usually first judge the restaurants food with their banchan first, and their banchan was delicious. The kimchi was prefectly riped and the japchae was my favorite.
The soup of the yukgaejang was just so perfectly seasoned. It wasn't too spicy nor was it too bland. Also, they put in so much meat and dak-myun(glass noodles), I LOVED IT... Btw, if you add in some of the chives in your soup, it tastes a lot better. Enhances the flavor a bit?
The service was really good too. Everyone was attentive, the lady in there was super nice.
I will be coming here for my yukaejang/hangover cravings now.
This place was absolutely amazing!
First off, we ordered the spicy pork. They give such a generous amount of the spicy port,
it was way more than enough for the two of us.
I highly recommend it.
Service was also great.
The server originally didn't give us rice with the spicy pork,
but when we tried to get his attention back for rice he knew even without us having to ask for it!
He was super nice, even came back and asked if the food was good.
Overall, this place had the best spciy pork I've ever had, I highly highly recommend it and I can't wait to come back.

This place is incredible. Rice Heaven is an unassuming little restaurant on Torrance.
Their specialty is pork related dishes, and boy do they not disappoint! The restaurant is small, cozy, and has both indoor and outdoor spaces. The servers are really friendly, which is a welcome sight and often unfriendly Los Angeles.
They start the meal with poricha (cold barley tea), and a variety of ppanchan (Side dishes). You will see your typical kimchi, japchae and seasoned fish cake. I loved it! Even though they ran out after a refill, the servers were nice enough to bring their own private stash out and give to me because they saw how much I liked it. It cut the spiciness and savoriness of the meal perfectly.
Now onto the main course. We ordered some short ribs and kimchi friend rice. The ribs were delicious: sweet, and with some onions for a bit of a kick if you wanted it. The fried rice was more like bibimbap. We ordered these two dishes for three of us, and were absolutely stuffed! The dishes are actually rather generous.

Adorable little gem with delicious food, friendly service, and a really AWESOME free self-serve coffee machine!
I came here with the fam for a quick lunch before heading out to the OC fair for the evening. We were all craving some homestyle Korean food and this is definitely the place to get it!
[The Restaurant/ Service]
For a Saturday afternoon, it was semi-busy, but the restaurant was a bit low on staff. The server and owners of this establishment were very friendly and he did his best to give us the best service he could. The free self-serve coffee machine was a big hit amongst my family, but I will say that the coffee is pretty sweet and creamy if you get it with cream and sugar.
Our orders were taken and we got our food in a pretty decent time. They gave kimchi, some flavorful jap chae, and bean curds as a side. They forgot one of our orders, the bulgogi beef, but he realized soon enough and the order came out later. They even gave us a complimentary side of fried dumplings which was super nice!

-spicy soon tofu // LOVED this! The soup was flavorful with beef, egg, and a hearty amount of tofu and served with rice it was delish!
Overall, I LOVE this place! Everything here was sooooo good and I like that it's a small family owned business!
Do you like Korean food? Should go this place. Their combo fried dish with dduckbokki is HEAVEN!!!

They have everything. Sushi, korean, japanese. Fried chicken is great!
I would suggest to add some nice drinks.
The tempura was very crispy and tasty. Also tiger roll was also tasty. Service was good and price was good too.
