This hidden gem in Old Town Torrance has some of the best mexican food around at reasonable prices. Our family's favorites are the burritos (come wet) carne asada nachos, pozole and their chips and salsa is some of the best around!!!!
My Chile Verde plate was just a little salty for my pallet, but none the less, it was good. The asada taco was good and as you can see, over filled with meat. I asked for a salsa with more heat than what they served with the chips. It came in a bottle of Tapatio, but it was their own sauce that was actually pretty good.
Enjoyable food, friendly folk and I love the classic look of the restaurant.
I love Lucio's ! This place has been in Downtown Torrance for more then 30 years and I am so glad it's managed to stay strong even though so many other good restaurants in downtown Torrance had to shut down..They make such delicious food here. Anything I order I am always happy with it. And the price is super reasonable. You got a lot for your order and the price and that is a wonderful thing.

My only problem with Lucio’s is I always order to much food because everything on the menu looks and sounds delicious, and I always end up eating everything I ordered because the food is so delicious I can’t stop eating. Five stars every time. Love this place.
Really exceeded my expectations!!! My brother told me about this place. It was delicious from the salsa and chips to my chili verde burrito with rice and beans. The beans and rice itself were delicious. I love rice and beans with flavor and this place had it!!! Don't be fooled by it with it being a hole in the wall kinda spot. Don't believe the negative comments check this place out 4 yourself. Very delicious and the service and staff we're amazing. Really good authentic Mexican food!
This is place is simply delicious and at a great value, truly a place for Mexican comfort food. Love the enchiladas rancheras and the Vede Burrito, all orders come with great chips and salsa. Their Burria is also amazing, it really tastes homemade
