When I was growing up, there was a Chinese restaurant within walking distance of my parents house. You could get fried wantons, fried shrimp, lo mein , cashew chicken. The food was good and to go only. I have other go to Chinese restaurants but they are not close. Fu Sing is within 2 miles and it ticked all my boxes, the food was good. I could get fried wantons and fried shrimp plus they have crispy noodles. I also ordered garlic shrimp, shrimp fried rice ( yes I love shrimp), house lo mein, and cashew chicken. You can call ahead for pick up. My order took about 25 minutes. There were several orders waiting to be picked up when I ordered.
Perfectly delicious! The food tastes fresh with real flavors, this is definitely not your average Chinese cuisine— its superb! Its so good, Its not Chinese, its just good food, reasonable priced. They’re very friendly and professional, you hear it in his voice when you call and once you arrive they’re actually happy to see you. it feels like picking up food from your aunt/uncle’s place. A big plus— they use environment friendly containers. The only issue you might have is that they get really busy, so try to avoid peak hours.
The food was unexpected good. We love it, just sometimes it's hard. They are too busy to take orders. The sweet and sour pork was good. The hot and sour soup was good as well.
If you're looking for real Chinese food, this is the place to go. Food is always fresh and well worth the wait.
After Chop chop kitchen and Tin Sing (long ago) closed, I'm on the search for good egg foo yung. Fu Sing is Chinese food pure and simple. Worth the drive.
I like their seafood pan fried noodles.
I ordered the mo shu chicken, fried rice, and broccoli beef. Great food and very tasty. It wasn't greasy like most fast food Chinese which was a great. The gentleman at the register was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience, I'll definitely be eating here again. My only complaint would be that they don't take phone orders so I had to come in person and place the order. If you have other errands to run it works out nicely. High five to Fu Sing Chinese restaurant!
