I recently purchased a Kamodo Jo Classic from the Torrance store there was a little bit of a mix up with the order and these guys Eric in particular were amazing. Eric Resolved the issue in a matter of hours and got the item replaced. Being able to talk to someone over the phone or in person when you want advise or you have an issue is invaluable. If you are looking to buy a BBQ GO TO THIS STORE. They will also price match which is amazing.

Large, clean and well organized showroom backed up by a professional and knowledgeable staff. Was just stopping in for some sauces and rubs as part of a father's day gift, but our grill is getting a little long in the tooth and will definitely be back to shop an upgrade once it's time to retire it out.

Had an amazing experience. Little concerned with giving 100 percent deposit, but they did an amazing job on install and delivery. Every single detail was accounted for on our outdoor kitchen. Loved them!
