My first time eating the best burger on the face of the planet. I've been in Tucson for a little over 3 years now and if I got the urge for a cheeseburger I stopped at McDonalds. Never again! Give me a double double any day over any other burger chain out there! I recommend to everyone that has relocated to Tucson make a stop in for the best burger & fries you will ever eat. Tourists looking for a good burger... As an official Tucsonan now, former Chicagoan- make sure you don't drive past this restaurant- it's beyond good!
Excellent food, quick service even tho they were slammed, even watched a employee Chase off a panhandlers, was messing with customers,
First time here I heard great things about the burgers. They are def good, the flavor the taste, they are not burnt or dry, buns are soft, fries could be better they are a little dry tho i prefer them bigger.
The place is cool, the staff is very quick, you’ll see them cleaning the place everywhere, moving stuff and all def gives a good impression.
So sad there’s no In n Out at my hometown, this is way better than McD or Burger King or whatever.
Great service, food quality and quick! Always a stop when I visit the western US. Very friendly staff as well. Glad they still have the Bible verse on the burger wrapper.
Good burgers and lots of fries. The fries felt/tasted a bit undercooked and the bun on the burger had been toasted a little too much and was kind of hard. I’ve been to a few different In N Outs, and it’s never been a bad experience, but this one wasn’t our best. Good, friendly service.

One of my favorite places to get burgers at. The line is worth it but the workers do so well being quick. They are always so kind, ask how my day is going, & are patient when waiting for my answer to their questions. Keep up the work guys! You guys make it look so easy. The quality of food is amazing & you have to try the animal fries!
Always, friendly, kind, and courteous, they do have great people atmosphere. Food is so good... I wish they would come to Seattle soon

This is the ONLY fast food restaurant that my husband and I will go to since the dreaded COVID bird poop nonsense. Fast food can be more expensive than a sit down restaurant these days yet the food quality is less than that of DOG FOOD. IN AND OUT is the exception. Always consistent in all aspects of their business. And I never feel sick after eating it. And no matter how busy they get there always seems to be somewhere to sit down. NEVER DO DRIVE THRU!! ITS INSANE!
Absolutely delicious, highly recommend animal fries and double-double. The milkshakes could be better though.

Great prices, decent food, and great service are the hallmark of a successful burger joint. I can feed my crew quickly, efficiently, and save money. You can watch your food being prepared by nice folks.
Let me start out by saying customer service here was top notch. They greet you with a smile and are super friendly. This was my first time ever at an In-N-Out. The prices were lower than I expected them to be as well so that was nice. Burger and fries were both very good. Glad I finally got to see what all the hype was about. They are also open until 1:30 in the morning too which is pretty insane!
