I have had a great experience. My service advisor is Simon. Really efficient and great with communication. Kept me updated the whole time. My routine maintenance took less time than originally anticipated. Even with as busy as they were, my technician Eric worked fast and in a timely manner. Well done!

It is very difficult to get an appt. They give you an appt with a 1 or 2 month wait. The service advisor good attitude n patience.
The service includes wash the vehicle. Looks like they just pour water with a hose. Which leave windows n windshield water stain.
They say they rotate tires I doubt it. Anyways if I ever buy another vehicle from Jim Click I'm not going to include to buy the maintenence for life package.

I ordered some aftermarket parts for my yet to be built Maverick. What I really liked about the Service Department is even though I ordered my parts online through Ford Accessories, the Service Department rep called me to let me know my order would take a couple of weeks and they would call when it arrives. True to their word, they called to say the order was taking longer than expected, but when it arrived they did call to let me know it was ready for pickup. To me this was a refreshing experience that I've never had before with a dealership Service Department and since this was my first time using Holmes Tuttle Ford it was impressive.
We are currently traveling from our home in Alabama to Southern California to pick up my late daughter's playhouse that has been at my parents house. We developed a problem with my husband's diesel truck last night, we took it to one dealership and they basically told us they couldn't help for 3 weeks. We then brought it to this dealership and they have been so accommodating to us! They looked at the truck right away, located the problem, checked to see if they had the part, and they did! They got right to fixing the issue. I am forever thankful to them!
