This is the place for authentic Mexican food. Great tasting posole and menudo. Clean local.
Have to Angela’s many times and have never been disappointed…EVER! They make the best menudo! I’ve never tried their pozole but definitely will someday. They only serve both of them on Saturday and Sunday.
There is nothing on the menu that I have not enjoyed yet! Their pozole they have on the weekend is amazing. The sonoran dogs they have are amazing too! I cant have enough. They also pickle onions that you can throw on whatever. I love the pickled red onions. Super savory and if they jarred them up and sold them like that, I would totally buy them! Definitely a must try. This is my go to spot.
I love Angela's! They have a great selection at pretty good prices. It can be a little slow depending on when you go in, but for the most part is pretty quick. Sometimes it can be a little dirty, but not out of control. I'll definitely continue to come back here.
Whats Not To Like! Their food is good and one of the best priced Mexican Restaurants in the area (NW Tucson).
the dining room is always clean, even after a busy lunch time. That is NOT the case at a lot of restaurants.

** Side-Note ----> I had bought two quarts of soups 'to-go'. Upon leaving, I fell down outside and busted the two styrofoam containers. I had to go back in and when I tried to re-order and pay again, they would not allow it. They replaced the two damaged orders with FREE ones. Gotta luv that. GREAT people. **
Great place to stop for some wonderful Mexican food and some things that are not on the typical menu. A lot of the meats are served in your tacos and enchiladas and so forth finally diced up - which I kind of like it that way, finely chopped chicken or beef. Tacos are served soft on small diameter corn or flour tortillas, but there's plenty to eat.

If you live on the north west side of Tucson, you already know we have a serious lack of amazing Mexican food. Angela’s brings south side level authenticity to the north side.
This has become a weekly stop for me. The menudo is a 10 - so fresh every time! Never reheated. Tacos are on point! I’ve never had a bad meal here.

This is a small restaurant that appears to be run by one person. I noted that not only did she take your order, she also cooked your meal and served it to you at your table. My husband ordered the red chili combo plate. The meat was tender and the chili had a nice little kick to it. I ordered Angela's Super Fries. This consisted of a generous portion of french fries smothered with your choice of meat, avocado, sour cream and cheese. I had the shedded beef. She asked if I wanted the meat to be cooked with tomato and onion, which of course I did. I was not disappointed with this selection. It came out hot and delicious. Just to let you know, this is not a large restaurant and you serve yourself the drinks and salsa. The menu is small but the food is great. She serves Menudo and Posole on the weekends. You must ask for the hot salsa which is not a big deal. I highly recommend Angela's Mexican Food. We will definitely be returning.

Angela's makes scrumptious sonorran dogs, I always get 2! And if you've got the crud, their albondigas is absolutely the cure! Friendly service always & ample parking!
