I have gone to Pollo Loco at least 69 times since they opened. I have received Great Services all of the time, I will continue to eat there or take out their food.
One of the things I miss from CA was eating at El Pollo Loco. I waited 19 years for it to come here. Not only did I finally get to have a piece of home for dinner, but the staff was so friendly & the service was great!
We eat here often because the chicken is just soooo good, the prices are very affordable and the food is fairly healthy.

It's was my 3rd time I went to this place, everytime tables, chairs and highchairs was dirty and I had to wiped them out but the food quality and taste were amazing.
Staff was polite and helpful.
Food was great, the employees here are friendly. Watch where u sit, tables are not cleaned regularly, got spilt salsa on me.
As long as I was on the east side today, I stopped at El Pollo Loco for lunch. I opted for the Original Pollo Bowl Combo. My bowl was great, unfortunately my drink was a little too watery without any flavor. I'm sad I can't give you five stars. Please fix your vitamin water drink.
A quick Mexican chicken restaurant.
The roast chicken is REALLY good. I get the burrito bowls at the drive thru for lunch sometimes. Service is always quick and the food is always fresh.
They were very welcoming and the place had good energy. The chicken smells amazing.

Sign out front simply said "WEDNESDAY SPECIAL $1 Half Chicken With ANY Family Meal." I ordered the Family Feast which is in the Family Meal section of their menu. My receipt said "Family Meal" too. But they would not let me get the $1 half chicken. The employee said the sign says not the Family Feast, but that wasn't true. I said, actually it says ANY family meal, but she just laughed.
Otherwise the food was good. Order as ordered.
Went in for some grilled chicken Loved it!! Very nice restaurant very clean I don’t understand all these people making complaints keep up the good work most of them just want to snag their way into free stuff!! Great Job never had an issue besides the app but hey! It’s not their fault :)
