Waited for 30mins, but it was worth it. The food and drink were great. The servers were very nice. Would definitely come back.
The food is great, it's fresh, tasty and generous servings. The place is clean and their serving staff are very nice. For these, i keep going back. :)
Comfort foods for invigorating your mood.
Arrived at dinner time, automated queueing by machine. Waited 30 minutes while we are roaming around nearby Target. Despite lacking of servers, we enjoyed the food taste and quality. Must try their milk herbal jelly, super smooth and refreshing after eating fiery hot pot
Went there on a Friday night around 7. There was a line by the door; you register your number then you’ll get a text once your table is ready. The place has many seating but a lot of people go there so you’ll mostly wait to be seated. We went to Target and strolled a bit for 10-15mins which isn’t so bad. We ordered the fermented tofu, garlic pork belly, house special, and milk cream curry. For the complimentary rice or vermicelli we got the rice and upgraded it with hot spring egg which was really good. It is Taiwanese hot pot so they use a lot of spices which is typical for Taiwanese cuisine. We got our soups mild and for someone who doesn’t like spicy, it was good and I still enjoyed it. Their fermented tofu was really spicy though but eating it with rice helps. We also got the pudding sweet milk with boba which really went well with the food if you’re into that salty sweet combo and the milk helped with the spiciness a bit. Overall it was a good experience; really enjoyed the food and the boba!
Seating is done thru the machine in the entrance. You need a cellphone number that will be texted when your table is available. The place is usually busy from the dinner rush so the staff might take some time to take your order.
The food was good! I ordered the seafood and tofu hotpot, medium spiciness. It had prawns and fish fillets. Vermicelli or rice is extra.
Was starving and saw this on our way to get Thai food for lunch. Well worth the 45 minute wait (we went to Starbucks to tide us over). Had a few side dishes, the house special, and a couple of drinks. Perfect for a slightly rainy day in Seattle.
My Order was kimchi soup medium spicy with noodle instead of rice. I should have gotten mild. It was spicy for me but without eating the soup, it was ok. My friends had beef soup extra egg and curry soup. They come over the light the fuel to heat up the soup. A lot of things mixed in the pot of soup. The side of garlic soy sauce to eat with slices of beef. Everything was good and service was good. The serve divided up the bills perfectly, I always have problem with divide up bill at different restaurants.
I love it 👍
First time and was a very pleasant experience, fast sitting and food was really good❤🥣
First time to dine here, and was suitably satisfied by my meal. I had the Tonkotsu Miso hot soup (mild spice level) with rice and iced black tea. Later added on instant noodles to sop up the delicious broth. I could not finish all of it, so I had to take home more than half of it.
The wait line can get pretty long at times. Plan your trip out to the Boiling Point accordingly. It is beneficial to go with someone who has gone before to this restaurant. There are many variations with similar base broth options which can make it tricky when ordering. Do NOT be afraid to ask wait staff to put out the warmer. The soup can get extremely hot very quickly! Overall, a good place to eat when you want to warm up or dry off.
