Today was my first visit to Siegis with a friend's recommendation. I tried the salad sampler which was a great start to the meal. The dill cucumber salad and potato salad were excellent and got devoured quickly. I ordered the chicken schnitzel which was good with the red cabbage and hot Geman salad making it a well balanced and enjoyable meal. Customer service was friendly and engaging. Next time I'm in the area I'd be happy to stop by and try more offerings.
I have been wanting to try this place ever since I won some sausage playing dirty Santa. The sausage served fresh at the restaurant did not disappoint. The sandwiches we tried were good but not the highlight I hoped for. The pastrami was thin, and the bark I have loved on so many others was missing. The picture makes it look like a ton of meat, but they have adapted the idea of layering it right in the middle, so be prepared to distribute the meat evenly. The corned beef for the Reuben was much more distinctive, and the flavors you really want to pop mixed in with the sauerkraut really made the sandwich. The pretzel like bread they bring out early is really good. I will definitely return to try other items.
I will absolutely return to Siegi’s Sausage Factory to try additional menu items. I had the Reuben which was made with the standard tasty items except mustard was used instead of thousand island. This gave the sandwich a unique flavor. The fries were nice and crispy and especially delicious with a side of curry sauce and mayo. The service was great and we lacked for nothing even with a party of 6. There is also a deli and market as part of this business.
Met a few friends here. Waitress was very helpful guiding us through the gluten free choices, of which there were plenty.
We had the sausage sample plate which was good. Everyone also enjoyed their food.
Would go again.
Fantastic food and service, I love locally owned well executing restaurants and this one does not disappoint! The pickles were great and all three sausages were incredible. My wife that doesn’t like sauerkraut really enjoyed their version. The schnitzel was good too, a little thicker than most but with the lingonberry sauce it was incredible. Lastly the server was really helpful and on top of things, much appreciated!!!
A really good place to go and eat. Food is very good. We love the atmosphere here. We went for lunch, and ordered to-go for our dinner! We'll definitely be back for dinner. Tanya was our waitress and she was absolutely delightful. On point with selections. The GRAPEFRUIT Beer! Wow!
As we drove across the states, my husband wasn’t excited until we landed in the parking lot of this restaurant. He giggled with excitement and said this is our anniversary lunch. We where celebrating our 3 year anniversary. Well let’s go on an adventure. When we walked in you can smell something delicious. We get situated quickly. Staff is quick and offer a menu of lots of options. I can say I was overwhelmed with how many but made by selections. My husband I agree that family style is the way to go. Just in case there is something the other likes. I am glad to say, I enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back. They also have a deli and they tell us that they can ship to us. It just made my husband put together his list. There mustard is at the top of the list.
Extensive menu with many great choices! Reasonable prices especially for the large portion size. Jager Schnitzel was one of the best we had ever had and we’ve had many. House recipe Hungarian Goulash was “ok” but I wouldn’t order it again. Definitely will come back here! Pic of schnitzel was after we cut the middle out of one side lol
Great food, awesome staff, great beer selection (Das Boot), another gem in South Tulsa. If you get the chance to go to one of their wine or beer dinners, make sure you go, you will not be disappointed. Tanya and Lindsey are the best.
Love this place. My new favorite small joint.
I love the atmosphere of Seigis. It's brite and clean, with German decor, steins, etc. The food is fantastic. I've never had anything I didn't like. The Hot Pastrami and Swiss sandwich is good enough to drive over for on its own. The snitzel sandwich is good, and all the sausages are top-notch. Seigis has great hot potato salad, and the Kasespaetzle with ham was amazing, and what's not to love about a nice selection of German beer. I love their mustard and usually buy some out in their market.
As you might imagine, the worst thing about going to Seigi's is deciding what to order. No matter what you choose, you won't be disappointed.
