Amazing spot to get a good steak. Was in Tulsa for work and was looking forward to dinner here all week. Great atmosphere, staff were super nice and checked in with us often. No wait at all and sat at the bar. Steak and dinner were very good. Just a great stop. Not a single complaint… other than I am going into my meat coma now ;)
Started with the crab cakes, and they were perfectly cooked and loved them. The steak makes your eyes roll back in your head because the flavor was so delicious. The ribeye was amazing. I ordered fries with it, but they brought me a baked potato instead. I didn't tell them because I figured they wanted me to try the baked potato. It had crispy skin with the perfect amount of salt. It came with butter, bacon, chives and sour cream. The thousand Island dressing was okay, but won't order it for my salad again. My date ordered a "gusher" steak which is what the restaurant is known for... But they served it rare. Everything I ordered was top notch and the service was excellent for me. Although I was satisfied, I had to take off a Star because they didn't cook it as ordered and served a raw *gusher* to my table.
Great traditional Tulsa-landmark restaurant. From the outside it is very unassuming. Much different view once you walk in.
Good steaks and sides. Food is always good. Solid staff. Overall, good place for a steak. Works well foe business dinners too.
