As with every trip back home to Oklahoma, I have chicken fried steak just about everyday. Loved the CFS at The Bros. Houligan. The gravy over the waffle fries were incredible. That's the only way I want to eat fries now!
Liked shrimp, green beans, blue cheese dressing, tender chicken strips, meat was juicy. Breading on chicken strips and chicken fried steak sandwich was bland and too soft. The bun was too soft and broke apart. We won't visit again for the food.
Great food, service, and atmosphere. They have had a new interior upgrade since the last time I was in about 10 months ago. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty, and everyone constantly checks on you to ensure everything is just right.
Consistently great food. Consistently good service. Miss the 15th and Yale location very much. Due to the other ones closure, this location is terribly busy on peak hours. However, quality doesn’t go down whether they’re slow or quick. Hope this location stays open!
My husband and I both had the chicken fried steak with green beans. My husband had the french fries and I had the okra at the suggestion of our server, Daniel. Daniel's suggestions were spot on. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The green beans were flavorful, the fries were crispy and delicious, the okra was so well seasoned and cooked to perfection. We also had fried mozzarella with the best ranch dressing - I would seriously eat it on anything. I can also get behind their chicken fried steak being the best in Tulsa.
Challengers of Oklahoma came in tonight to eat various of food. We we're seated in a private room for 10-12 people. We order our drinks, order food after our drinks. Food came in, ranch splattered on to a member. Cleaning up came up, apologies accepted. Food came in, 1 of the Chicken breast was hard as a rock, gotten a freshly cooked Chicken. Food was real good, we share our comical sides each other. Which celebrities we met face to face. We took pix, inside & outside too. Definitely coming back.
TACC & Mopar came in tonight to great food, gotten seated 4min. Food took awhile to get, place was half busy too. We finally gotten our Dinner, we ate talked mods, Mopars, other subjects too. We left took pix & video too front of The Bros. Houligan.
I hadn't been here in a long time, so I was looking forward to having my favorites, hoping they were still on the menu. I was not disappointed. Yummy fish and chips with some scratch, yeasty rolls. Yummy. My next visit will definitely be sooner than later.
This place is GREAT all around. Great food, great service, great prices, great portion sizes! We love the Bros Houligan and enjoy coming here for family dinner. They’re always keeping their menu updated, and adding new things. The atmosphere is very nice while still being family friendly! The kitchen always pumps out delicious food in a timely manner. I highly recommend the fried catfish, shrimp, burgers, or steak (also the fried okra!)! Of course you can’t forget the award winning chicken fried steak or the delicious chicken tenders! All around a 10/10! This place has been around for over 30 years for a reason; and that’s because it’s reliable and consistently delicious.
Always great food. Shrimp is very good, Waffle fries with a side of gravy, fish & steak fingers are also good. They bring a fefillable bowl of delicious green beans to the table to share. Always great service.
Bayou Burger is really good. Next time I will ask for the buns to be toasted and I think it will be even better. Cottage Fries (waffle fries) with gravy so a must have from now on for me, YUM! I think I will ask for those fries to be seasoned with the Cajun spices also. Oh and the sweet tea was actually good sweet tea.
