We received our usual we had the lettuce which is a big hit in my family after my son ordered from the wrong store the accommodated Us and got out order out quickly they were very friendly and the whole team worked well together to get everyone's order out quickly
I love Pei Wei and have eaten at many locations. This Pei Wei offered us fast service and all of our dishes tasted fresh and were piping hot when it got to our table. Very delicious as always !
Kingspointe location in Pei Wei is one of the cleanest restaurants in town. It has a wonderful manager I highly recommend to see Luis at the restaurant he always make sure our food is perfect and is always friendly and attentive to our needs. This is a place I would go back to eat each week. Their staff take care of our customers and the environment is clean! I highly recommend Luis to be a GM in the future. The food is delicious and top notch to enjoy with my family.
Very clean place and nice hostess ! Didn’t get a normal plate here but ate out of a to go type plastic plate with a lid. Maybe coronavirus protectiveness. You wear a mask 😷 until you sit to eat and then can remove it. Thankful that they were open to eat !!
This is my second time at this location. In the past I haven't been a huge fan of Pei Wei, mostly because it is chain watered down Asian food, but lately I have loved it. I ordered the teriyaki chicken ...spicy with white rice and a vegetable spring roll. I haven't hard teriyaki with so many veggies....spinach,peppers, snap peas, carrots; it was very bright and colorful and had a great balance of the slight sweet and spicy. Their spring rolls I feel I could eat a whole plate,I taste the vegetables in every bite and I love the sauce that comes with it. Service has always been great and food comes from prepared and hot.
1st time ever at this restaurant. The manager Ashley displayed great customer service. The food was out fast and the sticky wings were good. Will be back
So many options to choose from! The food is always fresh and of great quality. The staff was very helpful, patient and friendly. The portion sizes are fair to plenty depending on what you chose. You do have the option for smaller portions as well. Recommend to others.
I like Pei Wei in general. I feel it's a step up over other Chinese fast food. Each meal is made to order and not part of some huge buffet line. Lots of good choices. Food is delivered straight to your table from the grill. This location is clean and has not been overly busy the two times we've gone. Overall good experience by everyone who went.
I had a good experience here, the food was good, and the fried rice was very tasty. I had the Bourbon chicken with a side chicken egg roll. I will be back to try more dishes.
Staff was friendly service was fast and food was fresh. Can say I miss the old noodles over just being stuff with lou mein. The current ones are dry and not as much flavor as the old ones and make me a little sad. The shrimp was amazing though!
