Asian cuisine is one of only two authentic Chinese restaurants in Tulsa, and I say this as a Chinese American. This restaurant is family owned by very respectable and philanthropic members of the community. Everything there is cooked from scratch and to order. While this isn't the Americanized buffet Tulsans are used to , it should be tried. The new location hosts a larger selection of table sizes and a wholesome and clearly Chinese atmosphere. It's phenomenal for banquets. I've been to this restaurant over 5 times, and will continue to return.
PS: All the Chinese go here, walk in and see for yourself ;)
Edit: After reading reviews below, I feel it's necessary to add that this is a Chinese restaurant. Like an actual Chinese restaurant. The service included: that's what should be expected if everything else is as authentic as this is. The food is the focal point, and the service always comes second; differing from the American standard. The waiters do their jobs, leaving the quality of food to be paramount. Also, if one doesn't order stereotypical American Chinese food, the food won't be greasy. Chinese food usually isn't. ;)

Always Good. I've eaten there several times, both lunch and dinner, and every single thing I've eaten has been very good. They do a great job of cooking very authentic Asian recipes.

Not an American Restaurant. I have been eating at Asian Cuisine since 2009. At that time they were still at their other location before moving to 51st and Yale where they are currently located. Since I have seen some bad reviews, I thought it was a good time for clarification.

THIS IS NOT AN AMERICAN RESTAURANT. Please do not expect to be served as if you were seated in an American establishment. This is CHINESE food, with real CHINESE wait staff, and real CHINESE cooks. When they take your order they are literally writing this down in the Chinese language. Some staff speak Mandarin and others Cantonese, but none of them are American, therefore you should not expect to be treated as one while you are there.

This is not a place for appetizers. They do not time the food so it is all ready at the same time for your convenience. After your order is taken the food is cooked, and it comes out when it is ready. So do not order a starter. The food here is meant to be eaten "family style" where everyone at the table SHARES their food. This is not a place where you take ownership over your plate as if it is solely "yours."

Also, the real CHINESE food is at the front of the menu, not the back. Everything in the back that is listed under "Popular Chinese Dishes," take notice that this section of the menu is solely in English, which means that it is not the real deal. These are popular Chinese dishes for Americans, and not what someone from mainland China would order. All of the good dishes are towards the front of the menu written in both Chinese and English.

This is what I order when I go: Thai Tea to drink. This a sweet iced tea mixed with half & half. Their iced coffee is also good. These items are not to be confused with Southern Sweet Tea or Starbucks coffee. Again, this is an Asian restaurant, not American.

To eat: Roasted Duck; this is good without the bones and served with a sauce.
Seafood (Dry) Noodles; which you can order wet or dry. I always get them dry. These are the noodles which are called, "chow fun." They are thick and flat. The seafood included is mixed and includes shrimp and scallops.
Salt & Pepper Calamari. I order this every time I go.

My point is if you are looking for real and authentic Chinese food served and cooked to you by individuals from mainland China, then you have definitely found the place. Enjoy!

Tremendous food, the closest to San Fran Chinatown around here. My Chinese in laws love the place and often hold parties there. Staff is very nice, but don't go expecting lightning service. You have to wait a bit for these treats!

Great food, great setting. The interior has a comfortable feel to it. The food here will make you realize, there's buffett Chinese, and then there's authentic Chinese. It's real, it's prepared fresh, and like most great food finds, it's off the beaten path. Well worth the first try, and I can't wait to come back. I had the fresh spring rolls, and a roasted duck (half order). The duck was incredible. It came with a side of rice and a dipping sauce. It melts in your mouth! I highly recommend this place!

Goodbye Steak and Ale, Hello Asian Cuisine. This part of Tulsa doesn't seem the same since Steak and Ale and the Green Onion are absent. And what is left doesn't leave much room for optimism. So my first visit to Asian Cuisine was initially pensive. The menu was extensive and priced low. I'm was still nervous. The wait staff was pleasant but seemed short on help. The orders were plentiful (as most asian grub is) and wow.....tasty! The vegetables were not flaccid as if pulled from the freezer. The animal products (beef, chicken, pork) appeared striated (thus real)and not "processed". They actually have live crabs and lobsters.

Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This is hands down the best authentic chinese food in Tulsa. The lobster with the ginger scallion sauce was delish! The beef flat noodles were also great and so was the salt and pepper shrimp. I have been on a mission to find a great restaraunt and we have found it.

Clean dining and friendly staff. I would definitely eat here again. I tried the spring rolls and fried pot stickers as well as the garlic beef and fried rice. I enjoyed every bit of the food and dipping sauces. I like that they do not use MSG. The prices are reasonable. Next time I go back I want to try the fried calamari.

I grew up 1 mile south on Garnett from Asian Cuisine. Growing up, I recall somewhat frequent visits when they had a buffet. It has likely been 25 years since I've been back. My wife and I enjoy restaurants that offer traditional Chinese dishes. When searching Google Maps, a familiar name popped up, and upon seeing pictures of their food and menu, we knew we needed to check them out. The place is pretty dated but not in shambles. We waited near the door for about 5 minutes before a server came out from the back. Our waitress was a little slow getting around. Luckily, we needed a little time thumbing through the larger than average menu. As stated, we love traditional Chinese food, but if you wanted American style Chinese dishes, they also have you covered. My wife chose a dish she saw from a review on Google maps, beef noodles with gravy sauce. The portion size was larger than we expected it to be. The dish tasted great. The beef is very tender, and the gravy had a nice texture and complimented the beef, noodles, and veggies. I, on the other hand, picked my dish just by its name (I wish I could've seen a picture). Spicy beef tripe. The heat is fueled by Thai style green chili(they might not have been Thai Chile's but looked very similar). The beef tripe was plentiful and took on the flavor of the broth/sauce, which is garlic forward with butter like flavor. The veggies were fresh and slightly tender. I would change nothing about the dish, not even the heat. To the average person, it may be really spicy as my wife couldn't eat much in fear it'll upset her stomach. All in all, the food had great flavor, large portion sizes, and a very fair price. For our two meals with one drink, it was just under $25. We will for sure return to sample other menu items.

As with all our visits over 11 years, food is delicious and always looks ‘good enough to eat.’ Has an extensive menu and now offers Hot Pot. This is our “go to” Asian restaurant for ‘out of town relatives’. Owner and waitstaff are always friendly and will adjust a menu item to your tastes.

Food is great, I eat there 2 times a week. Service is fair, depending on which server you get. I know the owner herself. And she is amazing. We had my grandma 88, 90th birthday there. The Lobster they have there, will whoop red lobster any day of the year. I am from Hong Kong, my mother owned a restaurant as well in town. Go give it a shot, you will like it ! price is about 8 -15 bucks a head for regular dishes.

Really liked our Waiter. He was on it, and helped us to select food he thought we would like as well. Always kept our drinks full, and it was just an overall great experience.

Ok not done a review in a long-time but had to come do one for this place . We had the gent Tso chicken wow very good sauce. I had as they make it. American'ized haha had some papers in it but not too spicy. Think thier sauce is thier base sauce has some orange innit. Very light crisp flavor. Next we had for wife the sesame chicken. Same base sauce but no heat, just that flavor. Very good. Then 2 egg rolls. To me they the spring rolls. Smaller. But fry good flavor. And a steamed and fried dumpling with the brown sauce, anyone know what that sauce is called ,do send me a text haha. Then got a chicken fried rice. This was also very good. Used frozen veggies still had crunch to them. If use fresh it gets soft. The rice is brow ed in te wok and has scrambled egg. Very well done. All this was after tax 41 bucks haha. The dinners were large portions think 8.50 each the dumplings are 4.50 each forgot price in rice the rolls were 1.50 each. But fed me n wife and then son and 2 friends. 5 adults has so 7.50 each ?? The inside of the resturant was very nice almost a elegant feel to it. Has like 5 tables ,round. That seats 9 and has a large lazy Susan haha all the seats are covered in a nice red fabric coverings. Has 2 separate dinning areas both with 4 or 5 tables with short wall separating the main room with maybe 20 tables for 4 in it. This will be our new Asian food place. Also almost forgot, they have a huge menu and have actual Asian section, ie not American'ized. So stuff most of us not ate before but want to try authentic foods. Mind you lot sound very very friendly to us. Has Duck, Crab Lobster. Several hot pot soup bowls. Even one soup said duck tongue haha how many ducks to make 2 bowl of that soup haha like I said things we tend not to think of. But Asian culture don't waste anything. Anyway hope this is helpful and you give this place a try. Is 21 n garnet on the N.W. Corner in the small strip mall.
