If we are being honest I do not like the fries. Always seem undercooked. But, chicken strips and fried pickles are great. App seems to be okay. And LOVE the rewards points! Customer always seems great.
I almost always enjoy this place. I like the spicy chicken sandwich or the blue salad with Buffalo chicken.
The menu also works for vegetarians as well as chicken eaters with fried cheese curds, mushrooms and coleslaw.
Got mine delivered through Door Dash. The 3 piece chicken fingers and fries is great. My first time having Zaxby's chicken fingers! DELICIOUS 🤤😋🥰
We completed a catering order of 30 boxed lunches with this location & the service was absolutely exceptional! We worked with Selena and she made sure we were fully taken care of. Our order was completed correctly, the food was fabulous & still warm, those of that ordered salads were so very pleased with the amount of dressing that was sent. We had no complaints overall and would most definitely recommend this location.
I still need to try them side by side with Canes.
But I LOVE their selection!! The Zaxby's Club is definitely my favorite. 💯
But their chicken tenders, wings, and 'zalads' are all delicious!
The location is definitely the biggest plus for me though. 👌🏻

It was clean. Food was good. Chicken fingers were too hot, so we had to cut them up and let them cool off.

The chicken fingers are juicy yet Krispy boneless wings come in a variety of sauces and are delicious the coleslaw is not dry that's always a plus :)
First time ordering from here. Always a little hesitant on firsties, as I hate to waste money on bad food. Not the case here. Ordered the 4 finger meal and cheese bites. Chicken was good, fries had good flavor (cold & a little on the limp side), cheese bites probably would have been excellent had they not been cold also. A little pricey on the delivery side of things. $40 for 2 people to eat chicken strips........
Long story short, maybe next time eat in the store and food probably would all stay hot and be better. Cold and a little $$$ is reason for 4 outta 5.
Always fast, always fresh, it's obvious their employees work hard and are always friendly when I pick up my to go orders
Chicken strips were kinda small. Had better Texas Toast.
