Sadly this location just closed. It was Truly a wonderful experience! The menu is as authentic as it can be. I sampled their Mofongo, it was amazing! Not too mushy, not too hard, perfect balance of plantain, garlic, and pork skin! I just finished eating their “Tripleta” sandwich, made with pork, ham, and chcken, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and mayo... Delicious! Lastly, I also sampled the flan, tornillo, and quesito deserts, all of which were very “home grandmother “style tasting. They referred to this installation as a bakery, but it is truly more than just that!
We were able to sing some Parandas, with musical instruments why we waited for food. It truly brought me back to my Puerto Rican roots back in Cayey, where I lived until I was 18 years old. I also sampled their bread, or as we call it “Pan Sobao”. Very good recipe, it almost reminded me of the town of Comerio Puerto Rico.
The staff is very professional, very friendly. Their bathrooms are very clean! The whole place very well decorated to immerse you into a classic Puertorrican bakery in the midle of town, “el pueblo”.
Lastly, I would like to add they also had Medalla beer, something you cannot get anywhere else in Oklahoma now days. Overall I highly recommend Ohana bakery as a new emerging “here to stay” Puerto Rican dining experience!
Love this place. They treat you like family. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Food is fantastic and authentic.
Great food! Best Puerto Rican food in town! Will definitely be back!
