I’ve seen these reviews for this place in the 1 star rank, and truly they are over exaggerating. This place greeted me with a warm welcome when we walked in and we had someone take our order in less than 4 minutes. The food was spectacular and the place was very clean. They have good communication as well! I would gladly rate this 4.5- 5.0 Communication: 4.0 Food: 5.0 Cleanliness: 4.2 Customer service 4.5

I love Braums! They've definitely got the best tasting beef of all fast food restaurants. Not to mention their ice cream is fantastic. I'm personally a bit of a classic vanilla kinda guy, and I love their vanilla bean shakes! They've got such a rich, exciting vanilla flavor.

Morning staff is amazing. Very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was spot on. And, you can't beat the quality dairy (especially when they have a sale).
