So yesterday we were in the state capitol for work. On the way home, we stopped for a late lunch at this place (Noodles and Company). We are trying to avoid traditional "fast food" joints. Anyway, I had never heard of this place. There are approximately 470 in the entire USA and 21 in California. It was really, really good. They have an interesting, diverse menu with all sorts of foods (Asian, American, Mediterranean, etc). All with "noodles" of course! Very clean inside, reasonable prices, and most importantly, it tasted great. Thought we'd share our review with you all (but spare you the food photos). We'll definitely be back!
Tried this place with my Co workers and we all loved it. It was so good that I will definitely come back. I highly recommend going there.
One of my favorite experiences trying out this restaurant, me and my family ordered Bangkok curry, Japanese pan noodles and mac and cheese for the kids, the quantities were large and the taste was just amazing,my kids loved the mac and cheese and couldn't get enough, as for me and my husband well we had to split our bowls between us since we loved them equally .. needless to say ill be back to try out the rest
Tried this place for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered Japanese pan friend noodles with grilled chicken, Korean meatballs, and fried dumplings. The noodles were good, the chicken was excellent, and the Korean meatballs were probably my favorite!
The one thing I didn't really care for was they use the newer style soda machines with the touch screen that has all the various flavors come out of a single nozzle. Personal preference, but I don't care for them. Also, there was only one machine so and I ended up having to wait several minutes for my turn.
Besides that the meal was excellent, not too expensive, and didn't take too long to be served. The interior was very clean and open and I saw an employee going around asking how the customers were doing at least twice while I was there which is pretty impressive for a fast food restaurant.
I love this food chain really great food. Wish we had one in our chico area again. Just closed down one night without any warning to employees or customers. It was very sad. It was very good customer service too.
This was one of my favorite restaurants to go to when I still lived in California. My favorite thing to order was the Japanese Pan Noodles and I always asked for tofu on mine. I miss it a lot and when I find a Noodles and Co. near me, I'll definitely go!
We had noticed this chain in other locations, but this was our first time to try them out. The ordering process was a little confusing and I could tell that others were confused by the flow from the door to the ordering station. The small size bowl was plenty for each of us. As seniors we don't need a large amount of food. Food was hot, fresh and has a local touch! Love the noodles, the salads were wonderful!! Place was clean, prices were very reasonable.
