Amazing staff! Issac was very helpful from the start. I accidentally placed my ToGo order for the wrong location and he was quick to find a resolution. The manager, Zach, took care of calling the other location to cancel my order for me. The food came out quickly and my order was perfect!

Generally, I avoid chain restaurants but Panera Bread is one that I enjoy going to when traveling. The food is fresh and the menu has enough variety to meet just about anyone's needs except vegan. For me, the Harvest Squash soup is a must have when available. The soup combined with a half sandwich from the Pick-Two menu makes a great reasonably priced lunch. I know that they promote their bread but getting a piece of bread as an accompaniment to a sandwich seems like over-kill.
