Generations of my family have been patrons of Mexican Villa since 1974. Our first soft shell taco was strange to me and my little brother. The only other tacos we'd had before that day were school lunch and a sub-par version at home. Since then, it has been a place we've chosen to attend on birthdays, special occasions and anytime we're near. Nothing else has ever come close to being as good or even similar. We miss the west side restaurant, El Tapitios. The hamburger, soft shells, oil used, enchalada sauce...I've tried to duplicate at home. Anyone figure it out...let me know!! In the mean time...spoiled by the quality, price and unique nostaligia. We have seen the beautiful family owners come, grow up and go. Braids, long hair, short hair, dark hair, grey hair. Lovely and comforting. Not much else is in this world....

The BEST Mexican Food Available!. I have been enjoying Mexican Villa and their staff for 20 years. This is the perfect picture of small restaurant with hospitality and great food. The chicken burritos served enchilada style is my favorite. Their salsa is spicy but they serve it with unlimited sour cream to calm it down. Prices are reasonable and the takeout is quick!

I've been eating here since I was a toddler. Great food at a very reasonable price. Service is fast and friendly. The only problem is very limited seating but tables open pretty quickly.
