Papa's is the best locally owned place around to get ice cream! They feature so many fantastic flavors of Hershey's Ice cream from the heart of PA. You have the option of sitting inside at tables or stools or you can sit outside on their newly renovated outdoor space with a new patio, and picnic tables with umbrellas. The family who owns and runs Papa's as well as the rest of the staff couldn't be nicer! And if you want to grab a cone and head to the beach they have a drive-thru. Five stars for sure!
We take my daughters here for a treat! They love it, we love it! So many flavors to choose from, welcoming staff, prices to portioning are incredible and a cute little patio area. Perfect!�
Great ice cream, great staff, great owners! Ok hear me out in this... When it comes to soft serve ice cream it's pretty simple, Right? However Papa's has THE BEST chocolate soft serve I have ever had. Now I generally have the hard ice cream and their flavors are top notch. Everyone there is always happy, friendly, and smoking as they wait on you! My wife and I love getting our Papa's and my daughter gets so excited when we mention goin there. Thank you for the great service and such delicious I've cream!
Absolutely amazing. Drive through ice cream, what more could you want? Employees have always been extra courteous and the owner works in person just as hard. Just make sure you bring cash as they do not accept cards. Hard, soft and non dairy options are all available. Love small businesses like this!

Delicious ice cream for a good price. The taste of ice cream was one of the best that I've ever had. They offered a good selection of flavors. They had a well planned way to handle order and delivery in the COVID times. Highly recommended after a day by the ocean side.
