Great place for a casual meal. Staff are very very good - food is good - price average - casual and relaxing environment with indoor and outdoor dining. Family feel not a restaurant for a romantic dinner but excellent for a casual dinner after a big day out 'sight seeing' in Washington

We were visiting DC for the weekend and were driving around to find a nice place to eat. We had a lovely table outside, service was quick and friendly, and the food was exceptional. My husband had fish and chips, and I had the herbed chicken, both dishes were extremely delicious. We liked it so much, that we made a mental note to definitely come back when we are in DC again!

During our visit to Washington DC, we stayed at the Capitol Hilton hotel, which is right across the street from PJ Clarke’s. We discovered this gem on our last night in the city after sightseeing and looking for so really good food. We were excited to discover a restaurant that is open until late. We got there at 22:00 and had the best chicken pot pie and Ribeye steak. The chips (or fries as Americans call them) are to die for! Great customer service as well.
