I have been to every restaurant around DC and some even in MD and I have to say that Meze is by far my favorite.
I love all their dishes, my favorite is Arnavut cigeri – Turkish liver dish. The best Turkish liver dish I have eaten in the U.S. and my friends agreed. Every time I am in the area I make sure I dine at Meze. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Just last week when I dined there with a group of friends I forgot a personal item and the staff was kind enough to mail it back to me in Hampton Roads. The delicious food, the fun location and their great customer service are the reasons that I will remain their loyal customer. Thank you Meze for mailing my item and thank you for all the good times. until next time hopefully very soon.
It was worth for us to come here. Staff is awesome. Always very welcoming. I recommend this place to everyone. Amazing food, great service, perfect ambiance. We will definitely be back.
Got the chance to check this restaurant out after it was recommended by a friend. The outdoor dining was lovely and the food is magical! We ordered and shared all dishes because we wanted to try as many goodies as possible. Our waiter Día was super helpful in making great recommendations.
We had the dip trio (hummus, one with roasted red peppers, and one with beets) - all were amazing and the bread they give is fresh making it hard to stop. For dinner we shared the scallion patty/pancakes, chicken kabob platter and the lamb shank. Both came with rice and some veggies. The lamb fell right off the bone and the chicken was flavored so well.
Great food, service vibe. We had the salmon kebab and Adana kebab and both were really good. The muhamarra was really great.
I tried the fried calamari app and definitely I will have it there again. The Sis Kebab was just fantastic. Land was just and flavorful. Above all they have the best kunefe I ever tried. Most places have their dessert very sweet but this place has the right balance. That made their bakhlava mouthwatering. Overall loved everything about this place. Excellent customer service!
I stopped here for brunch. I got the spinach omelette. The wait staff was amazing. I felt so welcome. The food was so yummy. The atmosphere was super chill and the music choices were nice. It was the type of place, you want to hang out in. Would recommend this to everyone.
Beutiful experience. The couple that owns the place jave 2 cooks that work really well together. They are efficient, and their food there is incredible. They bring you back to the Balkans! They also have a store on the other side that has purely Balkan and italian products. Definitely recommend.
I've gone here a few times and always had a good experience. Their kunefe dessert is weird but delicious. I've never had anything like it before and am totally obsessed now.
Love the bottomless brunch - lots of delicious small plates (small portions, order multiple if very hungry), great service, nice atmosphere, and lots of vegetarian options. Got the olives, bread, hummus, baba ganoush, brussel sprouts, red lentil soup, a spinach eggs Benedict, potatoes, french toast, and more - Can't wait to go back!
Food here is absolutely amazing. Service is excellent and the people here are friendly.
A good menu of Turkish food, and prices are reasonable.
The mixed olive platter is a great appetizer if you like olive.
My boyfriend and I had dinner here for the second time. He’s been here 10 times. (He picked the stars ⭐️) Thank you for a good experience. We will come back :)
