No way around it, this place is a must-visit in DC. I've been going here since they opened in 2015; a great place to have a drink when picking friends up from Union Station late at night, always open late! The cocktails are creative and delicious, and the menu is seasonally adjusted and always well executed. Outdoor seating is nice but this is North Capitol after all so be wary of your surrounding -_- In the past year I've been living in Noma and so have been visiting at least 1-2x per week and it is ALWAYS a pleasant experience and I am not easily pleased. Trivia is fun but it gets packed very quickly so show up early! Nick, the proprietor is awesome and accommodating, staff is super friendly in general. I'm leaving a review since we're moving across town, I realized I probably will still be a regular here, regardless! *****10 stars*****

My kind of local neighborhood pub. Good beers, good food and a really attentive and friendly staff. Stepped outside my arena a bit and tried their 2 vegan burgers. Delicious! Would stop here again when in town.

This is definitely my new go-to neighborhood bar. Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my friend and we kept commenting how much we liked the place. Ambiance was cozy and the music was chill, but upbeat. We expected to stop in for a beer or two, but ended up ordering multiple rounds of food (try the brussels sprouts & cauliflower apps!!) and stayed for hours. Waitress was attentive, friendly, and exceeded all of our expectations. Thanks for such an awesome experience!
