We love Tracy! We moved from the states and have made this spot our new breakfast spot. The food is great and the hospitality is even better!!
Came Sunday evening. Sammy was our waiter, he was very busy being the only server there. We were seated immediately/open seating. Food came out at a decent time. Hookah was fine. Nice laid back lounge.
Only complaints were bathroom were not clean, air circulation is poor with windows/door open and ceiling fan going it was still very humid inside.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Hookah is excellent, the food is tasty, but it's the service that keeps us coming back. We come here at least once a week. Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! This is a special spot.

Just blocks away from Capital Hill is a small Turkish/Mediterranean gem called Cafe 8 🍽📍.
Though the restaurant was a bit crowded when we arrived, they quickly made room for a party of 8. We not only enjoyed the deliciously seasoned food, strong drinks & hookah but staff, the vibes, and the music made our time even more enjoyable.
They also have outdoor seating 🌞🌜🌹

We came from Canada and we are first time at this place I love this place they are very kind people and the food was amazing also we smoke best ever Hooka they have I really reccommended for people and also for those people they love hooka. We Will BE BACK HERE WHEN WE VISIT HERE FOR SURE.

Its definitely a vibe! The music, food and hooka was just what I needed to start my birthday weekend off right and I even got a free birthday shot. I had the pepperoni pizza which was decent my friend got the salmon sandwich she said it was delicious.
Should have more of a selection of food to choose from. Otherwise it was a clean atmosphere including the bathrooms.
We came all the way from Texas for a visit. We wanted to stop and chill at a hookah cafe and Cafe 8 was a 15/10. Delicious, authentic food. Strong drinks. Hookah was so smooth! Service was on point. Thanks for a great afternoon.
