All of my experiences with this Papa Johns in particular have always been great. My food is always fresh, hot, ready, and tasty. When I go to this papajohns, Kim is definitely my goto person and truly a 5 star employee. Kim can single handedly do everything in there, blindfolded at that. I'm sure! Kim is very consistent 👏 🙌 and not only with the pizza but also with the customer service skills too. 👌 This is by far my favorite Papa Johns!
People here are awesome. A shame they've had some unruly ppl come in there over the years and try to take their money illegally.. But they are really good pizza makers and I love this place. Be sure to tip these guys and gals, even if you only carry out! They make the best pizzas.
Excellent customer service. Staff always happy and Kim , Marquette and Ramon was very patient and helpful. I travel 30 minutes just to order from this location every time I want pizza. I never once had a bad experience here. Food always cooked fast and always good. Lol I love it here
I order from this place regularly, and they deliver the same quality as most other Papa Johns locations. They also have very good customer service, from my interactions with them. I have not had the same experience with this location as other reviewers, maybe it is when I am conducting business with them - usually week nights, but yeah, they always have done right by me.
So Far So Good! Been going here almost 2 years and They have been the most reliable Papa John's in the DMV so far. Gets the orders, and Prices right. Decent Customer Service as well
I feel like most orders that go as planned don’t get reviewed here so I‘m just here to average out some of the bad with my nothing-went-wrong experience. The order was delivered on time, all the details were correct, and it tasted like Papa John’s normally does.
Very happy that my order was ready on time, the team were friendly upon my arrival and the food was beautifully made. Such a better choice than the dominos just around the corner. Two thumbs up!
Love this location even though weekends tend to be much busier and slower delivery but worth the wait. They are all very wholesome and are always in good spirits.. Wings are out of this world.

Pizza is usually on time, but staff have always been nice, pizza is good 95% of the time. It's basically like every other Papa Johns, I don't know what people giving it low ratings were expecting.
