Friendly staff, good breakfast (had breakfast here almost everyday for 2 weeks), and free wifi. What more could you ask for?

The Waterford location on Cass Lake Rd is by far my most favorite Tim Hortons to get my coffee. I've been going there for several years and will continue going for as long as I'm in that area. The staff is not only efficient but they're always very kind. One of the girls, Melanie, goes the extra mile with her kindness and writes my name with a smiley face on my cup. It always makes my day a little brighter!
I am there EVERYDAY...no lie..not sure what is in the coffee creamer but my husband won't drink coffee from anywhere else 🤣 Melanie always greets with a smile and amazing service. Order is always correct and I have never left without a smile. 😁 Thanks Mel for a great start to everyday!!
I had amazing service at this location. Melanie took great care of me. My order was fast and she was so awesome at her job. If everyone was as kind as Melanie we’d live in a better world!
Every morning I stop and get the best coffee in the world , also get the see the amazing smiles of Melanie and staff . My order is always correct and made with TLC . Highly recommend this Tim Hortons. The staff is awesome, good job y'all . See ya soon 🤘
I live north of west branch but come down state to see my daughters and always make sure I stop by Tim Hortons only when Melanie mIllross is working though. She always makes sure that the stuff I order is correct, dairy free. Since I am allergic. You can always guarantee that there is a smile on that face to greet you. Thank Melanie for always going over and beyond you job duties for me! This is how it’s supposed to be at place no attitude not rudeness just pure respect! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Melanie is very friendly and always makes sure my order is exactly what I want. I usually request her to make my coffee drinks because she makes them perfect every time!
