This is a great place to go. The chef doesn't play around when the order is ready it's out. Rather your original waitress or some other waitress brings you your food that's how it goes here the atmosphere is great plenty of room

The waitress Izabela was so friendly and fun and very attentive! She had great menu suggestions for us and when our ice tea and water got low she was right there to offer us refills. The food was really tasty too! This was my first time there and I was really surprised how good the food was for such a big name restaurant. Thank you for an awesome lunch!

Decided last minute to go to long horn steak house (first time ever eating at one) and also glad that we did! We tried Texas road house and the wait for a table was an hour and a half. We realized it's Valentine's day weekend and it may be hard to find a table at any restaurant. We came to long horn was told the wait the was a half hour and we were seated within 5 minutes! We have a little one so we were happy to be seated so fast! Our server than came promptly was very attentive, polite, and made sure we always had what we needed and that everything was ok. It was extremely busy and she never missed a beat. I looked around while eating and noticed just HOW busy it was and how hard all the workers were working and how efficient they were. Just want to compliment the staff there I was amazed at how fast their service was without taking away from customer service it was all a great experience and we thank you for your hard work! Keep it up! My expectations were blown out of the water in the best way!!!
My husband and I haven't eaten out in quite a while, but the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms were calling our names 😋 . It was super busy as expected, so we sat at the bar instead of waiting for a table, and I'm so glad we did!! Cam was the bartender, and he was phenomenal!! He was super attentive to everybody at the bar.He never let our drinks get to low without checking in.🥃 His personality was just the best😊. We already knew before we got there we wanted Flo's filet🥩 and lobster tail🦞 we ordered right away the food came out quickly and it was great 🍽 Next time you go ask if Cam is working you won't be disappointed😁
I am not a huge fan of restaurant chains, but the LongHorn is pretty good. The service we have received the few times we visited was very good. The parmesan crusted chicken is very good as is the steak. The bread is good as well. We haven never been disappointed or overwhelmed during our visits. It is a solid 6.9 on a scale of 1 to 10.
This restaurant has great service from the host who showed us our seat and brought our baby a booster seat. Our waiter was also great they took care of 4 tables at once and he got every order correct and made sure we didn't need anything periodically during our meal we had a great time and I would recommend this place to eat
