I love panda express and the little one loves it too. We always have a great experience. I recommend the reward program and they also have great coupons that come up occasionally
I had pepper steak and tasted awful no flavor when i told the server she said its fine just your taste buds threw food away and left she did t offer alternative the chicken egg roll was over done blah taste also . . Friends meal was chicken and his was ok but cold . He tasted mine told me it was blah . So i give this location a thumbs down wont eat there again.
The crew was on top of their game. Everyone was so polite and efficient. The food was great. They had a few in store issues that the manager was on top of and ensured that all customers were taken care of! This is the best Panda Express that I have ever visited due to the wonderful staff!
Great quality control!!! Best Asian fast food! I feel safer here than regular type Asian style restaurants. The have everything in the open. You can see your food being prepared. They arece very clean and sanitary..
Me and my mom spent $22 and some change for the best food in town she said she loved it she will be back to get more every time we visit the family the food was really good nice and hot and great customer service they made us feel like we was right at home I will most definitely be back and tell all my family they have a great Panda Express in town beef fried rice with vegetables is my favorite

I always order the orange chicken when I visit Panda Express Waukegan, and I have never been disappointed. It's always cooked to perfection and the flavors are always spot on. In my opinion, it's the best orange chicken you can get at a fast food chain. If you're a fan of Chinese food, I highly recommend giving it a try.
A little pricey but you get what you pay for. It was great food
The restaurant got busy and the employees handled it very well. They ran out of fried rice right before the crowd started flowing in. They were very patient with some not so friendly guests. Great job!!
Our family received excellent service at this location following a trip to Six Flags. Generous servings and very hospitable staff.
We were especially appreciative of a complimentary small entree when our son's palate determined that the orange chicken was too spicy for him (he was bravely trying something new).
I went to pay for more honey almond shrimp (he had loved that one) and, after explaining why we we were doing so, the manager was very gracious and gave it to us at no charge, even after I did my best at insisting.
All the food was hot and freshly prepared, including my favorite side of the vegetables.
We will definitely be back! Thank you Panda Express Waukegan!
