Love to watch Juan cook in the kitchen reminds me of my uncle AL years ago...... and the food hasn't changed. Thanks Juan for continuing with the restaurant and some of the best food in Waukegan.
I've always loved this cozy lil café and has been a local favorite for several years now.
Despite being a breakfast/lunch venue, have always had breakfast here but would definitely love to stop in for lunch sometime.
The Mexican/American food served here is always yummy and obviously cooked to order.
Don't let the old building on the outside fool you. Venue/dining tables are always clean, prices are reasonable, love the food and customer service is always top notch.

Holy cow, everything was amazing! It was a busy Sunday morning and they got our group of 7 in quickly! Food was hot and delicious. I would definitely dine here again.
Juan’s Chuck Wagon has the most incredible food. We traveled from Florida to enjoy their amazing breakfast. The food is so delicious. The portions are great. The staff is great. I wish we had a closer restaurant to go to more often.
Food was really good, service was okay, I am coming back because they give you pretty big portions and I really like that, just when you thought you knew a place.
Everything is delicious! My favorite is the Monte Cristo Sanchwich with hash and the chilaquiles verdes with meat and over easy eggs 😋😋😋😋
