Wonderful little place. The nicest people working here. Really if you want the best service in waukegan go get some chicken shwerma at Papa Marcos and then head next door to Paleterias Monarka for some really great ice cream. Monarka has a nice spot to sit outside and a little trampoline around the side of the building for the kiddies.
