It was packed but the service was still good and we got our food pretty fast. Nothing tasted off. Solid IHOP. Would come back.
Nice place to enjoy a walk and un-wind. It also has a nice park for kids to enjoy some time outside. If you like sports, it's a nice spot to enjoy some baseball/softball games as well as tennis matches. There is plenty of open space for picnics or even just to enjoy open areas.
A very nice IHOP, the tables were properly cleaned, the service was quick and friendly, our rather complex order was delivered properly and correctly as ordered. The servings were huge with plenty to take home for later on a real plus. The bathrooms were very clean everything looks like it's cleaned often throughout the day so it looked nice and clean.
The good: mostly friendly servers who always give you time to read the menu. Mostly accurate orders and the food is almost always prepared correctly.
The bad: some of the tables are in need of repairs, and the bathroom is not as clean as it could be.
One time, I got hash browns that had not just one, but multiple, long black hairs all over them. The mistake was noted, and the whole order was replaced without issue. I was able to forgive this minor inconvenience.

Decide to Dine in today ! Food and service was excellent! They have a wonderful $5 and $3 happy hour menu. Cheeseburger and fries for $5.... Can't beat that
This place is best for breakfast! Prices are better than McDonald's! Better food!
Best breakfast here ever! Perfectly cooked French toast with lemon ricotta cheese and blueberries, two eggs sunny side up, crisp bacon and golden hash browns, with freshly brewed decaf. It was perfect and I ate every bite.
My food was ready quickly and was prepared correctly! The staff is always friendly.
I gave this location 4 stars mostly because the service was very good. The outside is a little run down looking but inside was clean, restrooms were clean and kept up, and as I mentioned above the service was real good. Very attentive, didnt need to write down my order just listened and put it in, and checked back just enough to make sure I was taken care of but wasnt annoyed by too much checking in. Food was made well and quick.
The cook here is amazing!! His name is David and he does great job serving the customers! As a first timer here in Waukegan, I never experienced such a great cook without seeing his face! In such a local area, there’s Great vibes here! Keep up the good work here in Waukegan! Y’all are Setting a perfect example of how to serve people, Dope energy is needed ! Thank you DAVID !!!
The food was good so was service, definitely on budget.
